Steps to access ResolutION
To access the Support portal, log-on to Client ConnectION and click the ResolutION link on the top menu from June 30th 2025 onwards.
CS Tasks and Problem Reports that are not in closed status are migrated to Resolution.
· CS Tasks are migrated to “Service Requests”
· Problem Reports are migrated to “Incidents”

If you do not have access to the ION Client Connection Portal, your Jira user was migrated to the Client Connection Portal, to get your password you need to proceed the following steps:
· Click password reset.
· Enter your email address used for your Jira account and click send verification code.
· Check your email inbox for the verification code and paste it into the input box and click verify code.
· Enter your new password twice and click continue.
· Select your preferred multi factor authentication (MFA) method to log on to the system.
· Authenticator: A one-time password (OTP) is displayed on your preferred authenticator app.
· Email: a verification code will be sent to your email address.
· Enter the verification code to confirm your account and click verify. You will be directed to the Client ConnectION dashboard.
